Replacement Vehicle

Often the repairing garage can provide a courtesy car but it may not always be the type of vehicle you need or, more importantly, may not be available when you need it.

If a courtesy car is unavailable or unsuitable, The Claims Dept., in conjunction with a national and insurance approved hire company, can arrange a replacement hire vehicle for you anywhere in Mainland Britain.

For your protection, we only recommend ABI (Association of British Insurers) Approved hire companies.

Where an ABI Agreement is in force, the cost of hire will be billed directly to the insurer by the hire company.
